FUFA, by way of its Soccer Competitions Division director Shawn Mubiru has revealed the dates and fixtures for the 2026 Tremendous 8 match.
Groups that completed within the prime eight slots of the earlier Uganda Premier League season alwaya tussle it out in preparation for the brand new marketing campaign.
In accordance with the fixtures, the match is anticipated to begin on 1st August 2026 with the quarterfinal first leg between KCCA FC and BUL FC and SC Villa enjoying Maroons, each video games scheduled to happen at MTN Omondi Stadium.
On Sunday, 2nd August Kitara FC will battle with Entebbe UPPC whereas NEC FC will entertain Police FC, each video games can be held at Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo.
The return legs will happen between Thursday, sixth August and Friday seventh of the identical month at Hamz Stadium and MTN Omondi Respectively.
The winners between KCCA FC and BUL FC will face off with both Kitara FC or Entebbe UPPC within the semifinal whereas the victors between SC Villa and Maroons FC will lock horns with both NEC FC or Police FC within the semifinal encounter.
The semifinal ties are slated for tenth and eleventh August with the match slated to climax on Saturday, fifteenth August at MTN Omondi as per the fixture record.
SC Villa received the competitors final 12 months after their 2-0 win over NEC FC within the closing that was held at FUFA Kadiba Stadium.
